Quick fixes if the Ntumai app keeps closing on you.
Update to the latest version of the app from the Play Store or App Store.
Restart your phone, then clear the app cache (Android) or reinstall (iOS).
If it still crashes, tell us your phone model, OS version, and the screen where it crashes — that helps our engineers reproduce and fix it.
