Steps to recover access to your Ntumai account.
If you can't sign in, first confirm you're using the same phone number or email you originally registered with.
Tap 'Forgot password' to reset, and check your spam folder for the recovery email. If SMS codes aren't arriving, switch to Wi-Fi and try again — some networks delay short codes.
